2018 WORLD SPACE WEEK

The 2018 World Space Week celebration will feature THE FIRST HIGH SCHOOL POWERPOINT PRESENTATION COMPETITION. In this competition, students from 10 different high schools in Ghana will research into topics related to Space Science and Satellite Technology. They will then present their findings to an audience of about 450 and will be graded by 5 judges. The grading will be based on their presentation skill and the quality of presentation content. Example of topics are: The first landing on the Moon, The first satellite in Space, How Satellites detect Bushfires, Microgravity etc. This will be the first event of its kind in Ghana in the field of Space Science and Satellite Technology. The program will hold under massive media coverage at the All Nations University – Main Campus on the 10th October 2018 from 9 am to 2 pm.
